If you only want to come for a single day a limited number of day tickets are available but we expect these to go fast so why not treat yourself and join us for the whole weekend?
Only tickets purchased through our ticketing partner Gigantic will entitle you to access to the site. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone with a ticket purchased through a secondary seller
Tickets are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable. If having bought tickets you find you are unable to attend please contact us and if the festival is sold out we will endeavour to resell the tickets and give you back the face value of the ticket, we cannot guarantee this however.
Even without the virus, Unlocked was designed to allow lots of space per person and more toilets and showers per person too. But this also means people have space to move around easily and we have capacity to keep everything as clean as it possibly can be. There will also be sanitisation points around the site and of course, if the event can’t happen because of coronavirus (or for any other reason), you’ll be entitled to a refund or keep your ticket for the rescheduled event at the same price.
Our new ‘pod’ layout mean you can relax in the safety of your own pod with you own party, our pods are distanced from other pods by the minimum legal requirement at the time of the event.
We have increased cleaning regime in place to cover all toilets and showers as well as other contact points.
Our Cashless system ensures a contact-free event in all areas of the site.
When you arrive on site, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband with a chip that’s registered to you. Not only will this give you access to all the places you’re allowed to go, it’s also what you’ll use for all your purchases on site – you just tap your wrist against our payment machines, like you would with your contactless bank card or mobile phone.
You can create your cashless wallet to add money in advance and also whilst you’re on site.
The sooner you create your wallet the sooner you can save towards your festival spend, why not put a little away each month?
After the event if there is balance left in your account you are welcome to request a refund for the amount or put it towards tickets to the following event

You don’t have to register a cashless account to use the system, you can simply charge the wristband on site using a debit or credit card but your experience at the festival will be much quicker and easier if you have the account ready to go.
Note that you can only receive a refund for unspent balances if you have an account setup so that we know where the balance needs to be returned.
You can bring your own alcohol to consume in the campsites, but we do reserve the right to confiscate excessive amounts
You can’t bring your own alcohol into the arena, but you can bring soft drinks (in sealed containers) or an empty refillable water bottle – there will be lots of places where you can fill this up free of charge
We are working with local police and our security providers to make the event as safe as possible but we regret that we cannot take responsibility for your possessions whilst you are on site and so we suggest that you only bring what you can afford to lose.
We recommend marking your possessions clearly and indelibly as items that are easily identifiable are a deterrent for potential thieves
Our cashless system means that you don’t need to bring cash to site
There will be lockers available to hire on site in our VIP area (these must be purchased in advance)
Applications for Traders will be open in January, there will be an application process for this so we can select the perfect offering for our customers. Please contact us directly with your details to be considered for an application at email@example.com
Please note that all Traders will be required to use our cashless system and be provided with terminals on site
